London Wine Fair gave us an opportunity to discuss about how regenerative viticulture can be beneficial for wine producers that are looking to improve the sustainability of their vineyard management practices as well the challenges of adopting it.

The participants seem interested to know whether regen can become an industry standard and can have the same consumer appeal and marketing potential as organic, whether regen has the potential to become an umbrella sustainability movement.
