Lucy Manukyan, Plant Biologist
I’m Lucy, a Plant Biologist at Deep Planet.
I am passionate about food security and sustainability, particularly how advanced technology can be used to tackle these issues. I have research experience in using genetic modification technology to create higher yielding crop varieties at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
My current role gives me the chance to help expand the reach of Deep Planet’s cutting-edge technology for a more sustainable and secure future.
I am a recent graduate of the University of Oxford where I studied biological sciences.
